• Implement sales objectives and strategies for company's products in the defined area and segments;
• Acquisition of new customers for after sales products for BC and OBC;
• Independent offer preparation and review of end-user price for after sales products;
• Proactive sales and follow up of pending offers;
• Negotiation of contracts for after sales products;
• Regular communication with customer to maintain relationship;
• Communicator between BCCN and BCAG for tender issuing;
• Handle sales documentation according to sales process;
• Coordinate goods shipment to/from China including customs;
• Maintain the CRM; Support the Services Sales team.
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3-4 years industrial product sales experience;
• Commercial background including offer issuing and contract negotiation;
• Technical knowledge about reciprocating compressors or rotating equipment preferable.
• Travel intensity >40%; Customer focused attitude;
• Proactive personality and professional appearance;
• Market oriented; Enhanced communication and business;
• Negotiations skills; Team player; Independent working;
• Honest and loyal (long term employment expected);
• Strive for highest quality standards and prepared to perform above the average;
• Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
