Senior Sales Manager


A Well-known European company in FOOD ingredient production . Job Function : Sales, business development.


  • Accountability
  • Its main priority is to sell and execute company strategy by targeting initiatives with seasoning customers ad Key accounts. 
  • Individual maintains ownership for seasoning volume in industry, food service channels as well as the value and profits.  
  • Management and development of national Tier 1 Distributors and key accounts to deliver assigned revenue objectives.  
  • Develop effective products and programs to contribute annual profitable growth. 
  • Conduct the quarterly business reviews to update distributors and key accounts on business channel competition, opportunities, etc.  
  • Provide insights to drive change in promotion, price, or performance practices. 
  • Provide valuable communication, effective cooperation and teamwork. 
  • Effectively manage assigned sales budget


  • 8+ minimum years’ sales and or Marketing, ideally with seasoning blend/ sauce, or savory flavors. 
  • Excellent relationship building skills 
  • Business management (Problem-solving, sales forecasting, Fixed cost budget analysis) 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to present, sell-in and execute ideas. 
  • Direct experience with Snack industry or food service 
  • Qualified computer skills
  • Sales negotiations and general business acumen essential.
