Senior HR Manager ( C&B Focus)

Senior Human Resource Manager ( Compensation & Benefits focus)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Oversee and deliver a full spectrum of payroll services for HK, US and SG region

Manage and execute payroll operation cycle, including salary structure, taxation, MPF, leave benefits valuation, final payment calculation, etc.

Lead and execute the implementation of annual projects, such as bonus exercise, performance appraisal, annual remuneration system review, group insurance plans, etc.

Work closely with third party vendors (insurance broker, MPF provider, payroll vendor, etc.) on their performance and capability to improve efficiency and quality of service

Assist in adhoc HR projects and HRIS system related integration and projects

Requirements:

Requirements:

Minimum 7-8 years of HR experience as a C&B specialist within fast paced and dynamic work environments, Banking or Financial Services experience is required (experience in Chinese enterprises will be an advantage)

Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations

Experience in HRIS systems highly preferred

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) is a must
