Senior Front-end Engineer

Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
• Lead the front-end development of our LPL fan web applications and WeChat Mini Programs in the Blazing Beasts ecosystem
• Design foundational front-end libraries that will support the rest of the product
• Build complex user interfaces for data analysis, data comparison, and reporting tools
• Contribute and help shape the user experience of company’s B2C and B2B applications
• Collaborate across the organization and work with product manager with usability testing to determine how UX of the platform can be improved to increase effectiveness of team and partners
• Have a user-centric attitude and care deeply about UX
• Evaluate candidates, grow the engineering team, and establish a culture of excellence
• Help new team members grow through code review and mentoring
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Professional experience building consumer facing WeChat Mini Programs
• Experience serving as a front-end tech lead on large scale projects
• Strong understanding of front-end optimization and debugging techniques
• Expertise in developing with Javascript as well as an SPA framework such as React or Vue
• Strong desire to lead and be helpful to others
• Mandarin fluency
• Solid written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing UI for enterprise backend systems, such as dashboards, complex web tables, and reporting/graphing tools
• Experience working as a remote employee or have managed people in remote settings before
• Solid experience with automated testing
• Experience with agile processes
• Solid verbal English communication skills
• Be a massive LPL fan
