line with business strategies.

excellent customer service and support, ensuring that client needs are
responded quickly and accurately.
with customer service regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery
of goods to customers.
• Acting as a
coach and mentor to the team and providing regular positive and constructive
feedback for ensuring target achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with
functional departments to ensure effective customer service / consumer
gathering competitive information and report to Management.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or any related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Sales Management.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships with clients.
• Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
