• Understanding Market to visualize opportunities for products in various types of industry
• Implement strategic salesand skills to achieve sales targets, develop sales proposals, negotiate and close deals, and to ensure that sales growth is in line with business strategies.
• Building clear customer segmentation and target services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring that client needs are responded quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with customer service regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
• Acting as a coach and mentor to the team and providing regular positive and constructive feedback for ensuring target achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with functional departments to ensure effective customer service / consumer requirements.
• Continuously gather competitive information and report to Management.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management or any related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Sales Management.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships with clients.
• Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
