Sales Coordinator (Vietnamese Speaking)

Introduction:

Our Client: Manufacturing Industry Location: Station in Singapore for 1 year and subsequently perform the duties in Vietnam office. Working Days: 5 days

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation between HSG/ HFT/ Transporter
  • Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for customer as per sales advice, negotiating terms with the customer at a cost best suited for them.
  • Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
  • Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork like K1, import duties and filing documents.
  • Contact with service suppliers as demand like consultant, security, air ticket, and courier express…
  • Arrange the monthly stationary and other thing (if any) with petty cash manage
  • Transfer and update any information relate the office activities with both side external/internal correctly - Check stock/logistic info as Sales Man request - Update pending order info by weekly and submit to Sales by monthly - Send A/R statement to customer with 2 times remind - Arrange customers complain checklist with all sides.
  • Take change for joining the customers’ event invitation with the Team for built up the relationship (if any) - Support the Technical for paperwork as samples list update and communication with customers (If any)
  • Listen and follow up with the direction from CM relate the jobs & working plan of Office
  • Keep report the main activity via monthly to CM

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level & above
  • At least 1-2 years of export sales coordination, inventory planning and manage the warehouse experience
  • Very good knowledge of and ability to use MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
  • Good, confident communicator.
  • Able to start work as soon as possible
