Sales Coordinator


Our client a professional insured international logistics provider, they are looking for an Sales Coordinator (Hung Hom office):-




  • F.6 or above
  • 2 years experience in a customer service and/or operation role an advantage.
  • Experience in international movements of goods, freight forwarding, airside/ shipping operations and/or import/ export operations and customs, and/or Diamond and Jewellery industry an advantage
  • Responsible to support sales team and to coordinate sales-related activities
  • To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries by telephone, fax and email; assist to prepare quotation as required, follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary.
  • Work closely with Managers and subcontractors to build and execute operation plans for various Logistics Projects, includes local and overseas trade shows.
  • Up-keep of clients’ database – updating where necessary to allow accurate billing also effective promotions.
  • Working closely with customer service and operation department to ensure continues of customer relation standard and to maintain high service level.
  • Produce and distribute ad hoc data, information and reports as required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Good computer skill of Microsoft Office excel / database.
