Sales Assistant / Admin Clerk

Introduction:

Our client is looking for a high calibre candidate to join their Team. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

·        Provide full clerical supports for sales activities for multiple supervisor

·         Provide administrative support to relevant department

·         Handle sales order processing

·         Assist with bookkeeping , accounting

·         Assist in other ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

·         F.6 or above

·         At least  Two years' solid working experience in sales support or admin role

·         Good English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills;

·         Good Computer skills & good knowledge of office equipment;

·         Smart, self-motivated, able to work independently, good team player and willing to learn;

·         Excellent skill in Excel, Word
