Regional Sales Manager

Introduction:

Our client is leading European beer producer, with a reputation for great brewing heritage and quality. They are looking for highly motivated Sales Manager to lead their operations in Dalian.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and targeting key on trade customers, pubs and restaurant groups. 
  • Building long-term trading relationships with the key volume and image accounts. 
  • Executing activity to support Chinese customers. 
  • Opening, managing and empower distribution in area. 
  • Delivering brand education & training to supplier, retailer and consumer. 

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Good level of selling skills.
  • Drinks industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Sales Training Techniques, e.g. Steps of the Call, negotiation skills and commercial selling.
  • Previous experience developing new business through cold calling, prospecting or by increasing sales within existing accounts.
