Regional Sales Manager

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced, result-driven, high-potential Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic company! While we are a very lean B2B company, the ambition is to expand our brand’s omni-channel presence by working through distributor partners, entering new markets and searching for new business opportunities. As a Regional Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for profitably implementing the company and brand’s 6P’s growth strategies while effectively working through your team. Therefore, execution excellence is extremely important for our company's success. Your job will play a crucial role in driving the changes required to achieve our long-term business goals and objectives. The role will also involve strong collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing functions. We are expecting you to have extensive experience handling traditional B2B channels but more important, a deep understanding of “New Retail” formats and the O2O environment.

Responsibilities:

Primary Job Functions:

· Consistent achievement of Region and Brand Volume / Revenue targets

· Visible product distribution (Off-line & On-line)

· Develop new customers in Lower-Tier cities

· Ownership of the Sales Forecast Process

· Monitor competition and feedback mechanism to refine brand strategies

Leadership:

· Drive mind-set and process changes aligned to the company objectives

· Manage top-down communication ensure subordinates are aligned with company directions

· Provide a development plan for each direct report. Coaching and Feedback sessions

 

Strategy:

· Develop and execute the Regional growth strategy in collaboration with Marketing

· Control Pricing to ensure company gross profit amidst a competitive environment

Requirements:

· Must be a mid-career, high-potential candidate; promotable a Vice-General Manager position in the short term

· Must have Change Management experience or participated in organization re-structure.

· Must be very fluent in both English and Mandarin

· Must have at least 5 years of work experience gained from Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies; Food Service experience is an advantage.

· Possess minimum 2 years of experience managing a team.

· Good knowledge of all different B2B channels; Familiar and updated with current Social Media Trends and Social Media Platforms in China

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Must be a Team player capable to work in a very lean organization 

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing Management

· MBA from a reputable University will be an advantage
