Regional Head of Market Development, APAC
Our client is a publicly listed multinational company based in Europe which principally manufactures and distributes collagen-based products for the food industry, an area in which it is the world leader.
directly to the Global Commercial Director (based in Europe), you will act as a
bridge between the regional commercial team, category management and global product
marketing in driving and owning the development and execution of the B2B
marketing strategy for the APAC region.
will gather intelligence, identify customer needs and translate market trends
into actionable marketing, new product development charters and category
management activities in close coordination with global internal stakeholders
to support the Sales and Marketing strategy at regional level as well as some
global campaigns depending on segment.
will develop new product charters for the regional annually, contribute to the
enhancement of customer loyalty and ultimately contribute to the realization of
financial objectives and company growth.
have a minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably coming from
the FMCG, wholesale retail or food ingredients industries and ideally with
exposure to the meat industry
have regional experience in the APAC region, particularly China, Korea, SEA and
have good interpersonal skills and experience in engaging with major brand
manufacturers and distributors
bring strong campaign and brand management experience and can show effective
team leadership in the development of business strategies
are Master Degree educated with a strong commercial background
are fluent in English; Mandarin or other Asian languages a big plus
