Regional Business Process Optimization Manager, South China

Introduction:

My client; an US base freight forwarding company is looking for Regional Business Process Optimization Manager, South China

Responsibilities:

Quality Control

  • Collaborate, audit and improve Internal SOPs, Checklists, Policies and Metrics with regional and global
  • Publish and share quality and efficiency performance against goals
  • Represent progress, status and suggested adjustments for internal process improvement measures

Process / Quality Improvement

  • Own and improve their regional performance against operational, financial, compliance and global measurements and expectations
  • Re-train regional team members or work with regional training team to re-train teams based on audit findings
  • Manage, lead, and collaborate to improve training curriculum
  • Lead quality and efficiency improvement initiatives regionally

Quality Implementation / Adoption

  • Support Implementation of new business and process as needed inside their region
  • Ensure Customer Standard Operating Procedures are configurable to company standard operating
  • Procedure and leverages optimal processes and technologies and does not conflict with company standards
  • Project manage implementation of additional services for existing business, if necessary

Financial Health

  • Own and Improve their regional performance financial global measurements and expectations
  • Influence adoption of tools to improve financial process in branches

Requirements:

  • High Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry
  • Able to effectively multi-task and facilitate training
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and productive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in in MS Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, etc
  • Frequent travelling is required
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
