Presentations Associate

Introduction:

Our client, an investment bank is looking for a candidate for the position of Presentation Associate. It is a word-processing and document production post which requires someone who has the flexibility to take shift duties.  This is an attractive opportunity to work in a world renowned bank with fringe benefits and allowances.

Responsibilities:

  • Process power point presentations, financial statements, legal documents, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, tab masters, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Effectively use the software outlined below to create and produce completed documents using templates, charts, graphs, complex tables, formulas, macros and mail merges
  • Scheduling documents according to procedure and acting as project coordinator to certain jobs when necessary
  • Understand and accurately utilize data collection process 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above
  • 1-3 years word processing experience preferably in banking industry (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism
  • Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Strong literate computer skills on MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, cover and template design experience
  • Shift rotation is required (including overnight and weekend)
