PEST CONTROL QA & TECHNICAL MANAGER – Singapore
Principle duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Pharmaceutical customers reporting
technical related requirements
Manage the reporting staff to ensure that their
roles and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Delivery state of service in accordance to business target.
Develop technical knowledge of FB & QA.
Manage trainings for the service team to ensure
compliance and alignment with the internal processes and policies, as such,
SOP, work instructions, as well as customer’s requirement.
Drive service leads. Lead the trial of new products.
Conduct annual Pest Management Modules for new
joiners. Maintain Approved Pesticide
List. Ensure that SOPs are updated
timely. Manage and update iAuditor
account and templates.
Attend to other work duties as may be assigned
from time to time.
Excellent Technical Skills in relation to urban
1. 5 years of experience in similar field
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant qualifications in Biology and Management of Vectors/EntomologySound
3. Knowledge on Pest Identification
