Part Time Finance & Admin Assistant (4 days week / 1 year contract /$60 hourly)

Introduction:

Our client is one of the largest airlines in Europe; office located in Sheung Wan is now looking for a Part Time finance & Admin Assistant to support their team. This will be a one year contract and will highly likely to be renewed.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning & filing of incoming invoices/accounting documents
  • Assist in procurement activities
  • Support data entry/analysis
  • Invoice printing
  • Enter contract details into various systems
  • Assist in banking activities, e.g. cheque deposit, preparing forms to the bank etc.
  • Assist in administrative tasks
  • Performs related duties, as required

Requirements:

  • Diplomas in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or related subjects
  • At least 2 years solid experience in Finance & administrative; ability to handle different tasks simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
