Officer - Office Administration & Facilities, Banking & Finance, New Headcount, Permanent Role

Introduction:

A Japan-based MNC financial institution is hiring to cope with the expanding business.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform office administration and facilities maintenance functions like workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
  • Take part in office renovation and relocation projects
  • Coordinate and negotiate service contractors and suppliers
  • Handle other ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 years' relevant experience in office administration/facilities projects
  • Responsible with good time management and communication skills
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint & good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
