Marketing Administrator (Retail)

Introduction:

Our client, one of the world's leading specialty luxury watch retail groups with an established presence of 40 boutiques in 11 key cities in the Asia Pacific region. MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR Position Purpose: Responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing and communications activities such as internal and external communication, media relations, publications management, advertising support and all efforts required to effectively to promote the brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist marketing team in the full spectrum of marketing communications needs including events (launches, sponsorships, roadshows etc), advertising, marketing promotions and public relations.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with external brand partners for set up requirements during roadshows
  • Co-ordinate daily requirements from retail floor requests for promotional support with bank partners.
  • Co-ordinate window display logistics between retail floor, landlord management, external brand partners and designer.
  • General administrative responsibility pertaining to the marketing department (media owners, external brands etc).
  • Finance:  Assist brand managers on budget planning (compilation of figures) as well as monthly reconciling. 
  • Liaison between company, external brand partners, ad agency and brand managers for the approval of ads visuals.
  • Provide assistance and co-ordination with the implementation of events
  • Media monitoring on ads and editorial coverage (clipping & scanning).
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduates with about 1 year’s admin / marketing coordination experience may apply
  • Experience in lifestyle or luxury industry preferred
  • Possess initiative, multi-tasking abilities, good organization and follow-through skills
  • Able to work with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good computer skills.

 

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Working Lcoation :           Orchard
  • Working Hours  :              Mon – Fri (0900 – 1830hrs)
  • Salary Package  :             Basic + AWS + VB (to commensurate with relevant experience)
