Market Development Manager
Introduction:
Our client is looking for a Market Development Manager in Beijing
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to Distributors, System Integrators, Consultants on project bidding including RFP/RFI support.
· Work closely with Sales Director to develop and maintain relationship with the System Integrators, Consultants and End-users.
· Pipeline/opportunities management for SI/consultant/end-users. Manage revenue expectation from based on pipeline
· Resolve channel/pricing conflicts among direct SI partners
· Work with Applications Engineers to coordinate Solution Demonstrations, Technical Training and Commissioning to End-user.
· Identify new market segments and opportunities.
· Work collaboratively with marketing/AET to arrange conferences, seminars, and other special events
· Monitor and report on market/competitor activities
Requirements:
· Knowledge and/or experience in channel management of Integrated Systems markets and Global Accounts
· Strong in analytical skills and problem solving from diverse scopes
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin with good communication with all levels of organization
· Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, well-organized, and time-management skills.
· Use CRM systems (Salesforce) extensively for quotations and pipeline management.
