Logistics B2B (Wholesale) Analyst


Our client is a fast-growing MNC who is focused on green fashion products. They are looking for a Logistics B2B (Warehouse) Analyst with a learning spirit, and easy-going to join their open-minded and friendly environment.


1.    Sales Order Management from Wholesalers / Retailers / Shops:

Receive orders from B2B customers and go through the operational details analysis;

  • Inventory availability;
  • Incoming stocks date and/or need to place a purchase order to factories to fulfill customer needs;
  • Price list;
  • General information required by customer on order, product attributes, hs codes, etc;
  • Keep communication with internal management and customer team to align on details;

Order fulfillment and logistics arrangements;

  • Track orders picking, quality control, and packing requirements from customer together with 3PL;
  • Organize inbound shipments from factory for dedicated B2Borders;
  • Make quotations of various shipping methods and multiple vendors;
  • Organize shipments and execute booking schedule with customers warehouse, working end to end on the logistics to ensure a smooth experience on the customer side;
  • Follow up on order fulfillment on Shopify store, according to confirmation dates and agreed on SLA;

2.    System and reports:

  • Keep orders within different company systems and run weekly reports on orders stage;
  • Run inventory weekly analysis for B2B dedicated inventory, considering stock on hand, incoming stocks, and B2B dedicated purchase orders;
  •  Keep track of consigned inventory on hand on customers, tracking their sales report to charge products and update inventory position;

3.    Experience:

  • Create packing instruction for different customer requirements to factories and 3PL;
  • Ensure orders are properly packed, products identified according to customer requirements/needs;
  • Provide visual merchandising material shipment to customers when required;


  • Graduated or graduating in related field;
  • Experience in logistics dealing with 3PL and customers;
  • Communication skills across different cultures (direct connection with customers across the board and internal team in USA and UK)
  • Strong Data analysis and Database management skills.
  • Highly analytical and good problems solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
