Logistic Manager


Our client is a fast-growing MNC who is focused on green fashion products. They are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Manager with the learning spirit, entrepreneur vision, and easy-going to join their open-minded team.


1.     Warehouse:

a.     Oversees 3PL operational performances, compliance with SLA for all the different processing stages (form inbound to storing and outbound) 

b.     Coordinate and communicates business requirements (volumes, launches, phase out) and standards to 3PL, and ensure their successful execution;

c.      Co-create and validate action plans with 3PL to increase productivity and pre-approve any process, including Over-Time and extra shifts;

d.     Conduct monthly meetings with 3PL to review operation KPI and pain points– Identify any trends that may affect 3PL performance and determine actions to be taken;

e.     Constantly re-visit systems integration work-flow to determine areas of improvement and root cause analysis/action plan for repeated issues; 

f.      Negotiate, analyze, and confirm any cost related initiative, from monthly billings to value-added services, aiming for cost efficiency improvement keeping quality standards on the operation;

g.     Control Quality execution of branded activities on the warehouse, like special customer packing, names handwriting, customer delighting exclusive actions, etc.;


 2.     Logistics

a.     Follow and manage Freight Forwarding operation on inbound of finished goods from the factory. Involved in organizing the shipment from the supplier until the receiving of inbound in a warehouse. Negotiate lead time, cost, and distribution of Sea and Air-Freight;

b.     Track customer satisfaction rate and feedback on logistics-related matters and use as a reference on prioritizing improvements on the process;

c.      Maintain accurate shipping & routing instructions in online digital experience, thus managing internal and external shipping/logistics inquiries

d.     Track daily all carrier performance to ensure outbound orders are delivered within the SLA worldwide;

e.     Constantly search for outbound options and implement cross-subsidies among geographies and product categories to keep shipping costs low/affordable to end consumers worldwide

f.      Re-access 360 view of logistics operation looking for ways to provide the end customer with a better experience; 


3.     B2B and Marketing

a.     Managing B2Border (order creation, packing instructions, freight forwarding negotiation on cost and lead time, ensuring delivery meet customer needs)

b.     Align on special orders processing for VIP, Investor Relationship or new partnerships, following up closely until product reach destination;


- Self-initiative and work with passion and a can-do attitude

- Previous experience as Logistic/Warehouse manager, using the 3PL system;

- Experience in B2B and B2C.

- Able to work independently and flexibly in a fast-moving environment.

- Good team player.

- Sound problem solving and analytical skills.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English, another language, will be considered a plus.
