Logistic Executive

Introduction:

The company products are mainly capital equipment, and doesn't have factory in mainland China, need to import abroad. So they need a professional Logistic person.

Responsibilities:

• To execute, manage and improve warehouse function and Inventory management in all

Stockrooms/ depots in China

- Inventories Accuracy and timely transactions

- Maintain good housekeeping of store room and minimize inventory spoilage

- Maximizing storage space utilization and materials process with FIFO

- Conduct Monthly/ Quarterly Cycle Counts at all CHINA store rooms and reconcile variances

• To support and work closely with Field Service Team to meet customer requirement

• Drive and manage the performance of 3PL

• Assist in import/ export shipment customs clearance

• Execute processes and procedures with 100% compliance to SOX requirements

Requirements:

(Preferred Standard)

• Degree in logistics and warehouse management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant

experience

• Good knowledge and relevant experience of warehouse function and logistics activity in

customer service environment; such as RMA, Spares Support and Part repaired service

• Working experience of managing 3PL

• Experience of customs requirement, import & export regulation and documentation of industrial

equipment is preferred

• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in English

• Able to work independently in a challenging environment and can work under pressure to meet

deadlines

• Experience and good knowledge in handling ERP system

• Systematic & analytical thinker, process orientated and good problem solving skill

Minimum Standard

• Degree in logistics and warehouse management or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant

experience

• Good knowledge and relevant experience of warehouse function and logistics activity in

customer service environment; such as RMA, Spares Support and Part repaired service

• Working experience of managing 3PL

• Experience of customs requirement, import & export regulation and documentation of industrial

equipment is preferred

• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in English

• Able to work independently in a challenging environment and can work under pressure to meet

deadlines

• Experience and good knowledge in handling ERP system

• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
