Key Account Manager

Introduction:

Our client, an international express & logistics company is looking for a Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support global customer development and maintenance through evaluating their requirements and provide respective solutions.
  • Understand goals, create relevant document (SOP, flows, briefing etc.).
  • Lead team members involved in projects, plan and monitor activities and resources to achieve goals.    
  • Act as main contact for project development, forecast and seek business opportunities, coordinate with internal and external parties.
  • Evaluate performance through reports and review meetings, and proactively propose improvement plan   
  • Perform Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Project Management or related discipline
  • Around 5-8 year experience in Key Account Management, implementation of logistics / supply chain projects             
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills, flexible and be able to work under pressure.
  • International exposure/ experience in China is definitely an advantage    
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in written/spoken English and Mandarin
