Responsibilities:

Maintain software and hardware
installations/upgrades and IT assets
·
Monitor and troubleshooting of in-house network
& operations systems
·
Monitor trading and investment management
systems
·
Configure firewall and be responsible for system
and server backup
·
Manage inventory and procurement of IT equipment
and software
·
Provide technical desktop computer support to
end-users
·
Liaise and coordinate with Head Quarter’s IT
Team & IT equipment providers
Requirements:
·
Can work independently without supervision
·
High diploma Computer Science, Information
Technology
·
With 3 years or above of IT support experience
·
Good communication skills in Chinese and English
·
A plus to have Japanese Proficiency, not a must
·
Immediately availability is definitely an
advantage
