IT Manager

Introduction:

Our client is a reputable organization and we are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for managing a team of IT staff to ensure the smooth running of their IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Supervise a team of IT staff
• Handle the following areas: network and infrastructure, system administration, helpdesk support, IT Training, IT security, hardware and software support etc
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferred
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience gained in the education industry (highly preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Well familiar with IT Security
• Supervisory experience
• Good in English. Other languages preferred but not a must.
