IT Helpdesk Support Analyst- shift duties required

Introduction:

Our client is a well established fintech firm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all rounded first tier support related to hardware, software, helpdesk, network issues
  • Answer users requests in a prompt and efficient manner and handle the subsequent troubleshooting
  • Installation/ configuration of MS Windows, SQL Server etc.
  • Provide all rounded IT support on a 24/7 basis working in shift duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk Support
  • Good in English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Windows Server/Linux environment, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat, Java etc.
  • Candidates who currently work in a call centre or 24/7 environment will be preferred
  • Available within a short notice
