IT Helpdesk Engineer


IT Helpdesk Engineer Salary: 30,000- 35,000 THB. Location: Chachoengsao Responsibilities:


·         Responsible for IT Management , perform onsite and remote support, and answer user queries  

·         Evaluate user needs and maintain system functionality

·         Troubleshoot and problem solving of user issues

·         Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack

·         Manage & Control, software installation in order to ensure software licensing updated

·         Control IT Vendor and Outsourcing including Maintenance of IT Infrastructure, Maintenance of IT Internet , Maintenance of MS Products, MAC

·         Manage IP-Phone system, logging system, workstation  


•             Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field.

•             Direct experience 3 years of working in IT support field.

•             Strong in IT Job knowledge and skills (IT Infrastructure, etc.)

•             Good Soft skill of Presentation & reporting Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Consulting skill.

•             Good command in English both of writing and speaking.
