IT Consultant (HRM)
Introduction:
Our client is looking for IT Consultant (HRM) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather user requirements
2. Prepare functional and technical specifications
3. Manage stakeholders
4. Prepare project documents
5. Conduct testing to ensure product and service quality
6. Provide training to users
7. Provide consulting service and support to users
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of working experience in IT projects
2. Business knowhow in Human Resource Management System/Payroll System
3. Experiences in web development, .Net framework, reporting tools, and MSSQL
4. Solid experience in going through the whole SDLC, communicating with different stakeholders and designing solutions
5. Good command of sql statement; Technically strong in writing stored procedure
6. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Japanese is an advantage
7. Good interpersonal skill and service attitude
9. Prudent, detail-oriented, can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills
10. Good analytical, communication and documentation skills
