Due to their rapid expansion, they are looking for a driven and results focused In House Talent Acquisition to their team based in Jakarta,, Indonesia.
- Source and
screen qualified candidates by leveraging internet job boards, employee
referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques
manage relationships with multiple Hiring Managers simultaneously, providing regular
status updates, to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for
candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide
thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offers
- Partner with
Hiring Managers Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of
- Fully and
accurately utilize our applicant tracking system
to the development of new talent initiatives, building supporting documentation
Degree or equivalent
- Well versed
in dynamic business environments, you are comfortable with change and driving
and process oriented
and effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Recruiting experience for gaming or ad tech industries
with applicant tracking systems
- Passion for
games and the teams that make them
- Experience Recruiting for Gaming/Ad Tech industries
