Insurance Policy Administration Officer


Our client, a diversified business group is urgently looking for a candidate for the position of Insurance Policy Administration Officer for their Insurance Services Department.


  • Handle insurance policy administration
  • Administer renewal of insurance policies
  • Handle medical claims for staff, including medical claims submission and answering staff enquires, etc.
  • Prepare insurance policy documents 


  • Diploma holder or above
  • Holder of IIQAS - passed Paper 1 & 2
  • Minimum 3 years’ policy administration (general insurance) experience gained from insurance/banking industry
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, detail-minded and a good team player
