Insurance Policy Administration Officer
Introduction:
Our client, a diversified business group is urgently looking for a candidate for the position of Insurance Policy Administration Officer for their Insurance Services Department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance policy administration
- Administer renewal of insurance policies
- Handle medical claims for staff, including medical claims submission and answering staff enquires, etc.
- Prepare insurance policy documents
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Holder of IIQAS - passed Paper 1 & 2
- Minimum 3 years’ policy administration (general insurance) experience gained from insurance/banking industry
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, detail-minded and a good team player
