Human Resources Manager

Introduction:

A sizable local legal firm is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the General Manager to perform all-rounded HR functions
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding
  • Manage leave application administration
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records
  • Manage MPF administration and group medical insurance renewal as well as fringe benefit administration
  • Provide training and maintaining good employee relationship
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in legal, CPA firm or Financial Institute
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Detail minded, mature, adaptable, flexible,  self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
