Introduction:

Client is seeking a Human Resources Service Manager (HRSM)

Responsibilities:

HRSM Australia & New Zealand

To provide a professional, legally compliant Human Resource Management to a wide range of global clients for employees located in all States of Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as the main point of contact for all HR related issues for Australian and New Zealand worker(s) throughout the worker life cycle;

• Proactively support the delivery of all HR processes encompassing but not limited to policies, practices and procedures, ensuring legal compliance;

• Prepare and maintain all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance for Australia and New Zealand;

• Work with onboarding specialist and coordinator to ensure successfully onboard of new employees;

• Advise clients where necessary on workers career progressions and promotions; salary analysis & recommendations;

• Work with associated benefit providers to provide legally compliant benefit packages for all workers 

• Manage the monthly payroll life cycle for Australian and New Zealand workers working with our local partner ensuring legal compliance;

• Work with Partners to provide Foreign National Visa support. 

Key Skills Required:

• Prior experience in Human Resources Management; Project Management and Change Management Skills;

• Strong local knowledge in Employment Law 

• Recognized interpersonal skills, team spirit and collaboration skills;

• Focused on results, ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines; good planning and organizational skills and rigor at work;

• Superior capacities for analysis and creativity in terms of problem solving;

• Strong political and service-oriented skills;

• Faultless discretion and integrity.

• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 

Requirements:

Professional qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, in Human Resources Management or in a related field; 

• A minimum of three to four years of experience in related experience

• Knowledge of the legislations and rules applicable to fields of responsibilities
