Our client is a global employment outsourcing firm who acts as “employer if record” for international employees.
Due to their rapid expansion they are looking for someone who is able to head and start up an office in Singapore to oversee offices in HKG, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan
APAC HR Business Partner
The APAC HRBP role will a key trusted partner and HR consultant for our Groups and Functions in the Asia Pacific Region. The incumbent in this role needs to exercise business acumen and generalist HR knowledge to facilitate towards making great business decisions and results.
This role reports to the VP HR, Asia Pacific.
- Lead the
Asia Pacific HR Business Partner team, developing market leading HR capability
and supports ongoing development.
closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new
- Lead the
delivery of the Companys HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies,
practices and procedures in accordance to local employment compliance.
and effectively execute on all employment contracts (starters, leavers,
extensions, transfers, retirement, offboarding) to ensure it is in compliance
to local employment regulation.
- Be a
trusted partner to business leaders, managers and employees on HR matters
local business requirements into HR goals and actions, in line with the HR
agenda and regulatory requirements
and address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide
insights, recommendations, plans, tools and solutions
monthly payroll with local payroll partner
- 5 years
serving in a role for Human Resources/HRBP experience from a high-paced
international organization at both a strategic and executional level
- A solid
understanding of employment practices (Labor Law) across APAC
“rolls up sleeves”, independent under uncertainty, and gets-things-done.
- A confident
and effective communicator to work with teams and individuals at all levels
within the organization
with ability to adapt positively to dynamic changes
- Have a
strong depth in the Asia Pacific region both as a leader and in human resources
strong credentials as an organizational leader, with deep business acumen,
proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues, and lead and
ability to operate effectively in a matrix, demonstrate agility in a fast
moving organization, and cultivate strong relationships globally, is a must

- This is a newly set up position
- KAH holder or eligible to obtain the CEI- KAH
- APAC Payroll processing experience
