leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve
performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

business leaders to focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness,
workforce acquisition, and employee engagement.
· Well-known the
entire talent system and each stage of the employee lifecycle and applies that
understanding to craft integrated solutions own programs that run across the broader HR team.

· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Minimum 6 years HR relative experience in a
multinational company, manufacturing HR experience is preferred
· Good knowledge in China labour law and
regulation, have practical experience in C&B and talent acquisition
· Good communication skill and strong
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and
time-management skills. Can work under high pressure.
· Professional problem-solving skills and result
orientated. Ability to cope with changes.
· Fluency in written and speaking English.
· Able to use
computer, MS office & Lotus Notes and other software.
