HR Services Manager

Introduction:

Our client is MNC that provides a wide range of HR outsourcing services to global clients. We are now looking for an experienced HR Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with legal regulations in both regions and provide HR support such as onboarding, off-boarding, employee relations, preparation of handbooks, employment contracts etc.
  • Keep track of all employees’ personal details and track probation, performance management, expiry of contracts etc.
  • Handle all paperwork and e-filing related to updating of salary and title changes, contract renewals, contract renewals, visa renewals etc.
  • Independently handle payrolling services
  • Provide advice on salary benchmarking.
  • Act as a main point of contact for all HR enquiries from clients.
  • Reporting on a periodic basis- for both internal use as well as for clients.
  • Provide guidance, support and advice to Line Managers.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR/ Business or any other related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of all rounded HR experience- gained either in an inhouse or service provider environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with the Labour Ordinance and Employment Regulations in both Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently.
  • Client- focused mind-set.
