HR&GA Assistant Manager

Introduction:

Location: Maptaphut, Rayong Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 THB

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for the overall payroll and compensation, filing Tax, PND1, PND 1 Gor, 50 bis.
  • Managing Social security both Social security fund and workmen compensation fund
  • Contacting external agencies, government agencies, both social security/revenue department, labor office and other relevant agencies.
  • Being responsible for recruitment and selection, employee relation, training, compensation & benefits, counseling including disciplinary management to employee.
  • Overseeing and managing annual performance appraisal system.
  • Being responsible for liaison with local government concerning to property and signboard tax.
  • Being responsible for maintaining the validity of work permit and immigration procedure for all Expats management.
  • Assisting to manage other fringe benefit (welfare, allowance, incentive) such as group health insurance and provident fund.
  • Being responsible for training system (training survey, training needs and training records)
  • Being responsible for handling and participating CSR activity  

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Public Administration or other related field
  • At least 10 year experience in overall of HR function, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Experience for Manufacturing firm at least 5 year
  • Good command communication in English level both written and spoken
  •  computer literacy ( Microsoft office )
  • Ability to use ERP for payroll and strong in Labor law.
  • Highly enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
  • Attention to details, accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements
