Head Of Sales

Introduction:

I currently am working on a confidential Head of Sales role. This role requires a candidate with sales and parcel processing experience as well as experience in the end-to-end carrier industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales team - this includes driving Sales to meet team's quarterly and annual targets
  • In charge of the operations including the allocation of resources and monitoring daily operations to ensure healthy P&L
  • Monitor, analyse, and report to the management on monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L
  • Responsible for the growth of retail sales & new business revenue.
  • Sales strategy and operationalisation.
  • Cross border sales promotion & prospection
  • Ad hoc projects on innovation, new routes, focus groups

Requirements:

  • Ecommerce experience in logistic and postal industry
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to understand the local Hong Kong market as well the ability to communicate in Chinese is a preferable
