Head of Corporate Human Resources and Administration

Introduction:

Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced and reliable team leader to join their Hong Kong operations and guide them forward

Responsibilities:

  • Construct and put into place company policies and strategies regarding the internal HR functions
  • Establish and maintain the company processes related to recruitment, training, compensation, performance evaluation, organizational development and labour relations
  • Create and monitor the company’s talent development plan to identify and retain the top talent, formulate a system to promote and development the team members, keeping it competitive and performing at its best
  • Manage an organizational culture where team members are passionate about the company’s direction, team spirit and loyalty as well as create a safe and creative workplace.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, business or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years in a sizable organization, preferably in a related industry
  • Experience managing members from different departments, understanding their requirements and related to their issues
  • Mandatory English and Chinese languages skills (Mandarin and Cantonese fluent speaking, reading and writing)
  • Ability to listen and understand member requirements, communicate company policies and maintain a professional relationship with the members
  • Constantly able to multi-task under pressure and keep key attention to detail.
