General Manager

Introduction:

Our client is a reputable Financials Group and looking for high calibre candidate to manage their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Chairman, managing over 200 staff
  • Provide leadership training, direction, on-going coaching, mentoring and other development opportunities for staff in different departments
  • Property management
  • Plan, execute and monitor the overall management services, including manpower planning, recruitment, training, image building and strategic management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years relevant experience, preferable gained in Real Estate and Property Management sector
  • Relevant projects experience working on commercial/ real estate in Hong Kong
  • Strong network in property and real estate sectors
  • Excellent commend in spoken and written English & Chinese
