Finance & Administration Manager

Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the accounting function in the Hong Kong office, SG and Middle East office
  • Report to the President and CEO with timely updates of the financial performance
  • Ensure all accounting procedures comply with the internal policy and legal compliance
  • Lead and prepare financial statements, reports and consolidated management reports
  • Prepare budget & forecast, raise out any potential variances
  • Monitor and control budgeting processes, tax, income, cash flow and expenditure
  • Identify areas for improvement in regards to the processes and system
  • Ad hoc projects and assignments

Package:
  • 13 months salary
  • Medical insurance coverage
  • 14 days annual leave

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA)
  • 10 years of accounting experience in finance or insurance industry
  • With Big 4 background is a plus
  • Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
  • Strong command of languages (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Adaptable, demonstrate strong leadership and able to communicate well with different level of colleagues
