Engineering Manager - Consumer Electronics, Wearable, Dongguan & HK
Introduction:
Our client is urgently looking for experienced electronics engineer specializing in development and production of consumer electronics. It will be prefect to have experience in handling wearables.
Responsibilities:
- The talent needs to work in factory located in Dongguan, China for 2 months after Chinese New Year. Your employment under a renowned overseas wearable maker.
- Serves as a bridge between an assigned overseas client side - product design & engineering side and China side - engineering and production side.
- Exercise technical experience and expertise to participate in the projects - product management from conceptual idea, define specification, pilot run process to field final result. The most important thing to ensure the product feasibility and reliability.
- Work directly and closely with overseas team members, prepare do progress reports and strategize action plans in English.
- Perform in a fast paced environment, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations across multiple suppliers
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 4+ years of experience in manufacturing of consumer electronics products
- Experience in electrical design concepts and manufacturing products in high volume via automated manufacturing processes
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Excellent English and conversational Mandarin. Cantonese will be a plus
