Employee Relation Staff

Introduction:

Provide recommendations or practice that is aligned with company's policy and labour law.

Responsibilities:

Job description

Provide recommendations or practice that is aligned with company's policy and labour law.

Communicate and implement company policy.

Communicate and implement work regulations.

Create and handle employee relation activities.

Provides employees services activities in areas of transportation, canteen and so on.

Consult and advise to employees regarding to company regulations.

Perform other relate duties as required

Requirements:

Qualification

Male/Female, Age 22-26 years

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Economics, Statistics, Physics, other related fields

0-5 Experience in Recruitment, Employee relation,

Good command of English (TOEIC 550 at least)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Pivot, V-lookup)
