Documentation Administrator/ Coordinator

Introduction:

Our client is a well established MNC firm located in HK Island East. We are now seeking a detailed minded and sincere Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Proofread and verify documents and quotations.
  • Updating contact list and records onto the system
  • Prepare slips/documentations as required
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Strong experience gained in administration esp on the documentation side 
  • Attentive to details, mature, willing to do OT during peak seasons (otherwise the working hours are stable, OT required in peak season and urgent cases ONLY)
  • Personality: sincere, quiet, focused, not looking for a very sociable/extroverted person
  • Native in Cantonese. Good in English
  • MS Office proficien
