Director of E-Commerce

Responsibilities:

• Develop ecommerce sales strategies and build infrastructure in support of China business growth targets

制定中国电商策略并负责基建布局以支持中国市场业务增长目标。

• Manage EC team to deliver e-commerce annual sales and profitability targets.

指导并管理电商团队以实现电商年度生意目标和盈利目标

• Manage great relationship with KA e-retailers and e-distributors, and develop effective marketing programs based on in-depth customer and shopper understanding to enhance sales performance and profitability.

管理重点电商零售商及主要电商经销商关系;并且制定基于其客户和购物者洞察的有效市场活动方案,提升业绩和盈利能力。

• Responsible for developing and delivering online promotion and marketing plan.

负责线上推广计划,策划具体的推广方案(含站内主题营销方案及活动提报),并组织施行;

• Relentlessly explore new growth opportunity in e-commerce channels via close work with marketing and product development teams.

与市场和产品团队紧密合作,积极探寻新的电商渠道生意成长机会。

• Partner with offline sales team in generating O2O synergy to maximize sales opportunities in China.

与线下销售团队紧密配合,创造线上线下联动效应,将中国市场销售机会最大化;

• Continuously review and improve overall e-commerce operation efficiency and seamless connection to key company processes, e.g., S&OP, QAP etc.

持续关注并提高电商运营效率,无缝对接公司主要流程,譬如S&OP,季度计划和回顾流程等。

Additional responsibilities

• Supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.

• 支持公司整体一致的重点工作方向。

• Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.

• 建立相互支持和公司内部与其他关键管理人员的伙伴关系。

Requirements:

1. Full-time college degree or above, with e-commerce, marketing, business administration and other related professional

全日制大专以上学历,电子商务、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业

2. 8-10 years or above relevant working experience in any or multiple of the following areas: e-retailers (Ali or JD), international brand owner, other vertical EC channels or TP.

8-10年以上相关工作经验,如电商平台(阿里或京东),国际品牌公司,垂直类电商或TP

3. Familiar with the operation of social marketing (Wechat, Weibo, Red, Tictok, Bilibili & etc) is a plus.

熟悉社交媒体(微信,微博,小红书,抖音,哔哩哔哩等)运作者优先

4. With good business negotiation ability, public relations network, rich marketing planning ability and marketing ability

具备良好的业务谈判能力、公共关系网络,丰富的营销策划能力和市场推广能力

5. With clear logical thinking, excellent data analysis ability, communication ability and execution

逻辑思维清晰,具备优秀的数据分析能力、沟通能力、执行力

6. Skilled use of Excel (including but not limited to data tables, statistical formulas and functions) and PPT production

熟练使用Excel(包含但不限于数据透视表、统计公式及函数等熟练运用)及PPT制作
