Introduction:

Our client is looking for a Director Customer Relationship Management in Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the CRM system provides effective sales channels

Design a CRM system to monitor our relationship with existing customers

Develop specific strategies to retain customers

Develop and implement marketing techniques with the brand director

Drive new customer acquisition

Assist in organizing promotional activities to reach potential customers

Plan, manage and track the implementation of multi-channel marketing activities

Review and select CRM software that meets the needs of the company

Conduct market research and track market trends and competition in the field of CRM

Requirements:

At least 2 years working experience as director of customer relationship management or similar position

Rich experience in customer retention strategy

Technical expertise in customer relationship management and analysis systems such as Salesforce

Understand Internet marketing methods and best practices

Experience in end-to-end marketing project management
