Introduction:

Our client, an e-Commerce logistics company; they are looking for a Customer Services - Airfreight experience.

Responsibilities:

  • 2 years or above air freight customer services or sales coordinator experience in e-Commerce logistics or freight forwarding company
  • Responsible for order follow up of air shipment, shipping documents arrangement,  customer service and sales administration function
  • Co-ordinates with departments concerned on related issues
  • Familiar with Australia markets
  • Excellent command both English and Mandarin
  • Computer skill of MS office
