Customer Service Specialist

Introduction:

Responsibilities:

  • Front desk role environment
  • Reception duties, incoming calls, customer's order fulfilment.
  • Attend to customers’ requests, enquiry and service related matters.
  • Perform point of sales order processing and ensure accuracy of transactions.
  • Support Company events and activities related to training.
  • Handle feedback and complaints of customers.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min N / O / ITE Level
  • At least 1-2 year Customer Service experience in any Retail / Beauty related field
  • Well versed in using Microsoft Outlook (Words & Excel).
  • Good in communication, positive, meticulous, responsible and able to multi-task.
  • Able to work overtime or on public holidays as and when required
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (Able to liaise with clients from China)
  • Able to start work as soon as possible
