Timely update of customer forecast and sales order into system.
Keep track of overdue and aging forecast and sales order.
Response to customer enquires in a timely manner.
Alert customer on any delivery issues.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
Familiar with SAP system and normal MS Office.
Experience at lease 1 year.
Good customer service attitude.
Good command in English both verbal & written.
Strong Leadership and good interpersonal communication skills.
Able work under high pressure.
