Customer Service Officer (Medical Insurance)
Introduction:
Our client, a Medical Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- To handle general email inquiries and telephone calls timely and tactfully
- Communicate with overseas brokers
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve problems
- Data entry and provide daily policy administration support
- Provide administration work
- To perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Superiors
- Being a team player to back up other functions for service continuity
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years medical insurance experience
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills and attentive to details
- Sincere, self-motivated, independent, cooperative and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Well-spoken in Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient in MS office applications
