Customer Service Officer (Medical Insurance)

Introduction:

Our client, a well-established Medical Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • To handle general email inquiries and telephone calls timely and tactfully
  • Communicate with overseas brokers
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve problems
  • Data entry and provide daily policy administration support
  • Provide administration work, such as booking air ticket for Director (German), serving tea for guests
  • To perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the Superiors
  • Being a team player to back up other functions for service continuity


Package:

  • 13-month salary
  • Free medical, vision and dental insurance coverage
  • 11 -26 days annual leave

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years medical insurance experience
  • Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills and attentive to details
  • Sincere, self-motivated, independent, cooperative and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is necessary
  • Well-spoken in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS office applications
